As early as the age of 7, my Mother taught me how to make the world’s best tasting authentic Pecan Pralines, just as her Mother taught her. 

Mabel’s Gourmet Pralines started as a family owned business in 2000. In 2006, we open our retail location at 625 Pine Ave in Long Beach, CA. Our commitment to hard work, producing the finest quality desserts, excellent customer service, and our wonderful customers sharing their experience, the old fashion way by word of mouth, collectively has contributed our success.
